Luis Alberto Sánchez Alfaro

Luis Alberto is a Colombian public health dentist and researcher. He graduated from the National University of Colombia, with a specialisation in Family and Community Health. He holds an MSc and PhD in Bioethics from El Bosque University.

Luis Alberto is currently Associate Professor in the Department of Collective Health, Faculty of Dentistry at the National University of Colombia and a full Professor at the Faculty of Health Sciences, Ibero-American University Corporation. He is a member of the Advisory Committee of the Unesco Bioethics Network for Latin America and the Caribbean.

Luis Alberto has experience as editor of serial publications in the field of bioethics, oral health and physiotherapy; with participation in ethics committees in human research.

Luis Alberto is the expert advisor on qualitative research to the Colombian team.
